Mini Munch History
Being a busy mum of two children - Sophie and Freya, I understand the demands of modern day living and the time spent preparing food for parties. After observing many children at parties not enjoying the food, I decided to put my catering qualification and enthusiasm for the preparation of food into action, and created Mini Munch in 2001.
My aim in setting up Mini Munch was to help busy mums in the Hull and East Yorkshire area by taking the hassle out of shopping and preparing party food, allowing you to concentrate on planning other aspects of the party. All the food is freshly prepared using the finest, freshest ingredients. It is very satisfying to see the children enjoying the food and nothing is wasted.

Buffets and Business Lunches
Due to the outstanding success of Mini Munch and many requests, in 2005 Mini Munch also expanded into providing quality food to grown ups including buffets for christenings, funerals, birthdays or any other special occasion and business lunches.
Cakes and Deserts
Mini Munch supplies cakes and deserts to local cafes in East Yorkshire, and also individual cakes and deserts to order.
Qualifications
My professional qualifications include an OND in Hotel Catering, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and my kitchen has been inspected by the Local Authority Environmental Officer.
