1. Order Processing

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review and ensure accuracy. If any adjustments are needed, contact us immediately.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
- Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

- Same-Day Delivery (Local area): Available for select locations within Towcester. Place your order by 12:00 PM GMT to qualify. Charges and availability will be calculated at checkout.
- Standard Delivery**: Arrives within 2-4 business days across the UK.
- Express Delivery: Arrives within 1-2 business days.

 

> Note: Shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s weight, delivery distance, and selected shipping method. Final rates will appear at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50.
- Promo Codes: Occasionally, we offer promotional free shipping codes. Be sure to enter any valid codes at checkout.

4. Delivery Tracking

After processing, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Use this link to stay updated on your package’s status and estimated arrival. For same-day delivery, tracking details may not be available, but you will receive updates on the expected delivery window.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to specific regulations, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Certain remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

- Order Modifications: For any changes to your order after it has been placed, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of order placement. For orders already in transit, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, and we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
